I don’t know about anyone else but I find most ab workouts boring. Crunches and sit-ups remind me of gym class, which is not a fun memory at all. So what am I to do? I need to do ab workouts since I just had my daughter and I want a strong core. I was lucky enough to stumble upon a fun, entertaining video on Youtube. It’s called 10 min Booty Shaking Waist Workout- Lose inches off your waist by shaking your hips and I had fun. I just finished the workout and I can already feel it in my thighs and abs. I’ve finished this workout before and my abs were sooooo sore the next day. That just means it works!
