Weekly Summary

As I said in this post, I had a bad dietary week and it showed. I’m really disappointed but this will give me the kick in the butt I need to find ways to eat healthy without irritating my stomach. I admit I am frustrated but I am not giving up. I refuse to give up. It is not an option.

I have been looking at a few websites including helpforibs.com. One thing I have already started is eating more soluble fiber and more protein. Hopefully this will help as I continue to find the best way to eat healthy for me. Yes, for ME. What is great for one person is not always great for another. I just have to continue to try until I find what works for me. It might take me years to figure it out and that’s okay. As long as I continue to try my best every day and work towards being healthy, that’s all that matters.

Anyway, I did great with my workouts and adding extra cardio. I will continue working out. I love it. I love the feeling after a great workout 🙂

  1. You are most definitely my inspiration. I’m absolutely going to start doing my own daily update, creating both short term and long term goals and I just hope to have even half the self discipline you’ve got, and I will achieve my own goals. You are AWESOME!

    • Awe thanks so much! You are making me blush! It didn’t feel like I had any self discipline last week LOL I just remind myself it’s a lifetime journey and I’m bound to have some bad days or weeks but I just need to forgive myself and start being healthy again. It’s hard but worth it 🙂 I am so happy I am able to inspire you. It’s makes me want to try harder and do better so I don’t disappoint you. Thank you for giving me extra motivation 🙂

      • Everyone needs inspiration to start working on their goal, and good motivation to succeed reaching our goals. 🙂
Together we can succeed. Very true statement no matter whom it is, even one person to show you support can go a LONG way. But without any, its easy to give up.
I thank you for your inspiration and support.

  2. Maybe I missed this when cruising the last post, but have you tried going gluten-free? Like only rice and potatoes with veggies and meat?

    • I have cut back greatly with gluten but I haven’t tried gluten free yet. I am trying to eat more soluble fiber (which has been helping) and if that doesn’t work or doesn’t help enough, then I will probably try gluten-free. Thanks for the tip though. I have been considering it but since I am already dairy-free being gluten-free would really cut my options alot.
